This project takes inspiration from Italo Calvino’s fictional sky-high city, Baucis, from where the people enjoy a magnificent view without having to come down to earth, forever preserving its beauty. Similarly, Panoram’s dining experience makes it possible to appreciate breathtaking horizons from a new point of view as well as tasting a local multi-course meal, no better way than from a hot air balloon flying over the Amazon rainforest.
